Maria Perez-Rudisill is an accomplished Cuban/American musician and composer from South Florida. She previously served as associate director of the Ministry of Worship and Spiritual Life for the Archdiocese of Miami, secretary of the Instituto Nacional Hispano de Liturgia (INHL) and director of the Coro Hispano Arquidiocesano for the Archdiocese of Miami. She is currently treasurer of the INHL. Maria has over 47 years of experience serving as a pastoral musician for the Archdiocese of Miami. She helped create some of the musical settings used in the new Misal Romano. Maria has transcribed or arranged over 200 works for the series Cuba Canta Al Señor, assisting many local and international composers. Her compositions include “El Auxilio Me Viene del Señor.”
