Dolores Martínez is a Catholic liturgical composer, liturgist, musician and presenter with the North American Forum on the Catechumenate. She has served as director of the Office of Worship for both the Lubbock Diocese (1983-1987) and Archdiocese of San Antonio (1993-2006). A longtime liturgy and music director for parishes throughout Texas, Martínez currently serves as an accompanist at St. Mark the Evangelist in San Antonio. She is also chair of the Hispanic Section of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians and an associate member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Liturgical Conference. Her compositions include “Salmo 138: Te Doy Gracias” and “Agua de Vida.”
